Privacy Policy

Plain language about what we collect when you book a screening or write to us, why we need it, and how you stay in control of it.

What we collect

When you use our booking or contact forms, we collect the details you enter: the parent's name and the baby's name, the baby's date of birth, your contact details (email address and phone number), the address for a home visit, and any screening notes or questions you choose to share.

For clinics and hospitals, we collect the organisation name, contact person, role, city, organisation type and monthly newborn volume.

Why we collect it

We use these details to deliver your screening appointment, to keep the screening result on record for your baby, and to send follow-up reminders where a re-screen or further assessment is recommended.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our managed database (Supabase) with access restricted to the SonicHear team members who need it to run appointments and follow-up care.

Your information is never sold to third parties.

How long we keep it

Screening records are kept for at least two years so that follow-up care and re-screening history remain available, in line with our stated follow-up policy.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing abhishek.kumar@sonichear.com. We will respond to your request as quickly as we can.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently run any third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Only the technical storage needed for the site to function is used.

This policy will be reviewed by legal counsel as SonicHear scales — contact us with any questions in the meantime.
